Shimmer Reflects Spritz is a (level 1) light hold spritz formulated
with panthenol for conditioning hold. It contains surface-
coating silicone which enhances shine, and meadowfoam oil
to help prevent dryness and flaking. It provides a soft hold
that maintains the ability to comb hair and rework style.
